Paccheri pasta with sicania pistachio pesto and guanciale

Prepare a delicious pasta that will delight the whole family or friends.

Ingredients

• Paccheri 200g

• Pistachios 80g

• Cream 50 g

• Guanciale 3 spece slices

• Grana Padano cheese 30 g

Preparation

1.- Cook paccheri in boiling salted water; Cut guanciale slices into not-too-thin chunks and brown in a pan with a clove of garlic.

2. -Meanwhile, blend 2\3 of the total weight of the pistachios with the cream and water; Drain the paccheri, add them to the guanciale and then add the Sicania pistachio cream

3.- Mash everything together. Combine the remaining chopped and previously roasted pistachios and stir in the Parmesan cheese over low heat.
