Delicious to enjoy at different times of the day. Made with a crumbly base and an almond cream filling that will blow everyone’s mind.
Ingredients
:
• 200 g flour
• 50 g potato starch
• 1 sachet of vanillin
• 120 g sugar
• 160 g butter
• 2 eggs
• 100 g SICANIA Almond Spread
Cream
• vanilla powdered sugar
Preparation:
1. Bring the butter to room temperature beforehand.
2. Sift the flour, starch and vanillin in a bowl, add the sugar, softened butter and egg yolks.
3. Knead the dough into a smooth ball, let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Take the dough ball and roll it out with a rolling pin into a 1 cm high sheet.
5. Place them on the baking sheet and bake in a hot static oven at 175 gr for 13/15 min. They should not brown too much.
6. Fill with SICANIA almond cream (to taste).
7. Cover with another cookie.
8. When finished, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Keep at room temperature…they taste even better the next day!!!!
