Risotto with a ready porcini mushroom sauce and white truffle

What do you do when you get home late one night or when you are too tired to cook something? Simple!… you choice a ready-made sauce which can be a delicious porcini mushroom sauce.
There is a risotto with mushrooms but with tomato sauce? really good!
To this risotto (which was already good), we wanted to add that extra touch… with the white truffle seasoning.

Ingredients: (for 2 persons)
• 8 handfuls of rice
• 1 jar of porcini mushroom sauce
• extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of granulated stock cube without glutamate
• 1 pinch of white truffle seasoning
• Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
In a large frying pan, lightly fry the oil, add the rice and toast it, wet it well with the white wine, which should be allowed to evaporate. Add the broth and cook the rice. When it is almost done, add the prepared sauce and the white truffle seasoning. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
